Signs That You Have Fallen Out of Love

1. Losing interest in the other person is an obvious sign of love lost in relationship. You no longer have that "mushy" feeling for that person inside anymore. You have lost the sparkle in your eyes and feeling of warmth for the other person.

2. You are no longer worried about what the other is doing and do not miss them or think of them even if they are gone for a long time. You are not considerate of their feelings as much as you used to be like earlier when you used to put other people things before yours. You sort of become indifferent.

3. You were once excited to see them and anxiously waited to see them. But now you look for excuses to keep away from them. You are not in a rush to see them anymore. You rather wish they take longer to get home if you are married or in a living relationship. You keep a distance from them and try to meet new people or spend time in the company of your friends.

4. Marriage thrives on intimacy and closeness with one another and when love is lost physical or emotional intimacy would be gone too or at least reduced to a considerable extent. You do not enjoy the company of the other person any more. You also withdraw in general with regards to conversation and spending time together as a couple. Some times you may feel depressed or stress out. 

5. You don’t answer their calls and don’t call them often as earlier or send text messages to them. You look for excuses for not taking call or for cutting the call short.

6. There was a time you took delight in showing your love, acceptance and appreciation for your partner by giving gifts. You always remember days important to them but now you just don’t bother or remember. You no longer feel telling your partner that you love him or her.

7. You may also say hurtful things or pickup fights for even small things. You easily find fault with your partner and not willing to compromise anymore. You get defensive, selfish and egotistical.

聊天的话语变得越来越少,有一句没一句的说着.

是我变了?你变了?还是世界变了?其实,除了气候之外谁都没变.

不管怎么样,距离都是会或多或少影响两个人.

女人应该活出精彩

女人不应仅仅属于家庭,她首先要属于自己,然后是家庭,是社会。
这样,女人的生活才是最完美的。

家庭绝不应该是一个女人的终点,
应当是女人的加油站。

什么也没有比一个女人关注自己的灵魂更为重要的事情。
只有灵魂的安宁、平和才能感受到幸福到来的滋味。
只有灵魂的充实和丰满才能发现生活的美丽和生命的宝贵。
关注灵魂应当是女人一生比关注容颜更为重要的事情。

女人啊,与其抱怨生活,不如自己先活出精彩来。

女人要精致地活着

 
“人生最大的幸福,是发现自己爱的人正好也爱着自己。喜欢一个人,会卑微到尘埃里,然后开出花来”张爱玲道。

自古红颜多薄命。天若有情天亦老,更何况弱女子?思君让人老!今春,香肌瘦几分,带宽三寸。

纵观古今,女人总逃不过“情”字。无论伟大或卑微。女人是小鸟,永远逃不出男人编制的情网。任自己枯萎,凋谢,却换不回男人的一次回眸,一滴眼泪。

女人只是男人路上的驿站,男人一生要经过多少驿站,他们自己也不知道。总在不但地寻觅,新的驿站总在前方。像林徽因这么幸福的女人几乎史无前例。遇上了金岳霖,原为她苦守一生。还有徐志摩为她留下的千古绝唱:再别康桥!

张爱玲,一代才女,不顾政治和他有妻室,投入他的怀抱,为他提供才及财,最终被弃,孤寂地死去。这方面应学张幼仪,被抛弃时,不卑不亢,自强不息,虽没赢得故人的爱,但赢得了他的尊重。

女人应像她一样地精致地活着。

首先,注重自己的形象。不论美不美,要干净利索。一举手,一投足,要优雅得体。

有自己可受益一生的爱好,精神的琴棋书画;体力的,跳舞,乒乓等。可在无聊时,killtime!

有自己的为之奋斗的梦想!孜孜不倦,乐此不疲!偶尔有小小的成就让自己惊喜!无论他人如何认为你的梦想是多么的荒诞无稽,但它总是你平淡生活得精神支柱。

有闺中密友,抑郁时可窃窃私语,购物,咖啡,流泪,嬉笑,怒骂!

有自己的蓝颜知己,与爱情无关!与身体无关!鼓励你不但地进取,无聊时谈天说地。

有自己喜爱的职业,可养活自己,不能依赖你的男人。如果有一天他毅然离去,你的世界不至于暗无天日。

女人要爱惜自己的身体。男人无论咋伪装,最后露出是性的狰狞的面孔。女人不能靠下半身去拴住一个男人的心,需要的是智慧和才华。与其等着男人来爱自己,还不如提高自己,开辟自己的天地。好男人太少,是千百年淘不来的。其实幸福可能就在身边。

要有自己的孩子。未做母亲的女人不是一个完整的女人。为孩子付出的同时就是收获,耐心,爱心,奉献。

有人说做女人不容易,那时我对这还没有太多想法
直到最近,才真正了解做女人真的很难,尤其在有了自己的家庭孩子以后

女人的一生都奉献给她的家庭
在做任何事情前第一个想到的不是她自己,是她的丈夫孩子
没有了自己的社交圈子,没有了自己的私人时间
有的只是做也做不完的家务,有的只是没完没了的责任
照顾丈夫,照顾孩子的责任
现代女性更要出外工作分担家用
所承受的压力是无法想象的
就因为男人自私的想法
他们不能理解为何太太会发脾气
他们不能理解为何太太喜欢无理取闹

可恨的是
身边的男人却一点也不了解自己的付出
只认为自己赚钱回来就很了不起
只认为自己在外头工作已经很压力
却往往没有想到
妻子承受的压力比他更多

其实
女人要的
也只是另一半对自己的关怀,真挚的关心问候
不是区情假意或敷衍的回应

弄到最后
女人变得面目全非
女人开始怀疑她为何要这样糟蹋自己,开始怀疑当初的决定是否正确
开始渐渐地失去了昔日的幸福模样
她变得不再开心
每天只是空有虚壳的生活着,只是忙碌的为家庭付出着

那,请问
结婚的意义又在哪啊?

女人的一生可以有两段婚姻?

有人说,女人的一生至少应该有两次婚姻,一次是为了家庭,一次是为了自己的生活。

我不知道这样的理论来自何方,也不知道这样的观点有什么依据?可认真仔细的揣摩后似乎感到很有些道理,绝大多数的女人结婚后都会失去自我,为家人而操心,为老公而活,为孩子而活。

女人是感情动物,现实生活中很容易受到自己情感的支配而忘乎所以,为了寻找真爱可以和心爱的男人私奔,为了自己的爱情可以毅然决然地离开自己的父母家庭,为了心中的那份感觉可以放弃舒适优越的生活环境去追求那种旁人看来很虚无飘渺的精神享受,去追寻内心深处说不清道不明的那种渴望。

毕竟,在每一位感性的女人心目中都有着一位白马王子,她们希望自己有婚姻能够上演浪漫的一幕,有的女人为了自己心目中的白马王子可以穷尽一生去追求,甚至是可以追求到心力交瘁,人老珠黄。

然而,绝大多数的女人一生中只守着一次婚姻,因此,很少有女人感到自己的一生活得很精彩。因为,在仅有的这一段婚姻选择时,女人往往只注重自己对异性的那种感觉,那种很表面很物质的东西,那种很少考虑到独立自我的婚姻。因此,女人的第一次婚姻通常都是为别人而活,把老公和孩子放大到极致而把自己忽略到细微,而且,越是传统的女人越是知性,越是把婚姻看成自己生命的责任,越是注重情感和精神层面的关爱,越是心思细腻到身边的一草一木,而等到孩子长大了才突然蓦然发觉自己的一生其实都深陷在婚姻繁琐的事务之中,忽略了自己的精神生活,忽略了女人应有的情感享受,忽略了精彩纷呈的外部世界,而这时的女人往往已经没有了激情也没有心情去追求属于自己的生活了,只得把为自己活一把的理想深藏于心了。

而假如女人可以有第二段婚姻,则可以有机会去纠正自己在第一段婚姻中所犯下的过失,绝对可以有机会找回真实生活中的自我,绝对可以规划自己精彩纷呈的生活,就算是跟着感觉走也可以是不盲目。可以在感性爆发的同时,可以执着勇敢地追求婚姻以外的幸福生活。当然,这取决于女人如何看待自己的第二段婚姻,假如植入了开放的思想观念,当女人得不到来自丈夫方面细腻和更多情感的关怀时,女人完全可以用自己的情感来寻找、充实、实践日常生活中的刺激,甚至于可以有分寸的渴望来自婚姻以外的那种慰藉。

在性的方面或许也可以成为女人选择二次婚姻的重要诱因。爱情犹如像水泥,性爱则是像钢筋,和一起叫混凝土,两者缺一不可。哪个女人不希望和一个身材玉树临风、年轻英俊的才情男子做?再看看身边的这位,两眼昏花加身材臃肿加不苟言笑,一个姿势用10年。如果再不幸碰上阳痿早泄什么的,后果更严重。现在,外界的诱惑很多,老板时刻在向着自己招手,如果仅仅是为了自己的生活了,那么,抱着享乐主义的态度逢场作戏就可以了。她们需要来自异性的宠爱,那种肌肤相亲的感觉既使是有了性的关系,也不代表就一定会以心相许,来自婚外的爱抚,有可能只是女人为了将家庭更好的维持下去的一条出路。

由此可见,女人一辈子起码可以结二次婚,第一次是为了老公和孩子,毕竟家庭在女人心目中的地位至高无上,尤其是孩子身心幸福的重要性,有时比她本人的性命还要重要。第二次婚姻应该为了自己,可以不再重复婚姻中的错误,在尽情享受性爱喜悦的同时,还可以让自己活得更加的自我,更加的精彩纷呈。

只是获得了第二次婚姻的女人要注意,千万别把自己的第二段婚姻又演变成了对第一段失败婚姻的复制品。

做女人不要失去自我

一个女人,失掉了自我,便是失却了人生的根本,其后续的命运必然悲惨。这种活生生的例子,比比皆是,触目惊心。其实,这似乎也无关男女,每一个生存在现实社会的人,都应切记,当你爱别人,为别人奉献一切时,当留下一个“自我”的根本,至少使自己保有独立生存于社会的能力,从而保有自己一生的幸福。但因为历来女性更富爱心,更多为家庭无私奉献,更善于牺牲自己,也就更容易走进失去自我的陷阱。而且,在日益男权化的社会竞争现实面前,女性进一步沦为弱势群体,从而加剧了丧失独立性,失去自我的可能性。

台湾作家柏杨在《爱情如战争》中有一段话:“一个有头脑的太太,永不会忘记修饰自己。不知道修饰自己的女人乃一头伟大的母猪,它以为它连老命都奉献啦,应该被爱了吧,人类却是爱猫者有之,爱狗者有之,爱金丝雀、画眉者有之,而爱母猪的似乎不大多也。” 初读之,有振聋发聩之感触,伴着百感交集,热泪迸发之酸楚,当下里,深切感激柏杨老人家对普天下劳苦妇女一番真诚至极、痛心疾首的警示,感觉实乃醒世恒言也,由此,加倍地敬佩这位勇敢而伟大的作家。

早年读过梁晓声的《假若我是女人》留下深刻印象。他说:“假若我是一个寻常的女人,我将一再地提醒和告诫自己——绝不用全部的心思去爱任何一个男人。用三分之一的心思就不算负情于他们了。另外三分之一的心思,去爱世界和生活本身。用最后的三分之一心思爱自己。不自爱的人无自尊可言。唯爱自己的人,才能获得别人的真爱。”八年前,我初读这段话,感触良久。大名鼎鼎的作家梁晓声,他在文学界的成就和地位,我不敢妄言,他的小说《今夜有暴风雪》、《雪城》,我并没有读过,仅仅因为这段话,我便把他奉若神明。在我的心目中,他是一个真正伟大的男人。因为,首先他是一个不自私自利的男人,其二他是一个心地善良、公平公正的男人,其三他是一个切身地体恤女性的有良知的男人,由此,我衷心地感谢他,尊敬他,赞美他,并希望有朝一日能够见到他,亲口告知他,一个普通女性对他的敬意和感谢。

近读丁玲的《三八节有感》,文章写于1942年的战争年代,可能因为作家自身是女人的缘故吧,所以更深切地了解和懂得女人的弱点和痛苦,文中所言句句中肯实在,感人至深,对女同胞可谓谆谆教诲,体恤到骨子里,细细读来,体贴、关怀之情溢于字里行间,有出自肺腑进入肺腑之刻骨铭心感,不愧为一代伟大的女性领袖。她说:“世界上从没有无能的人有资格去获取一切,所以女人要取得平等,得首先强己。”忠告女性要自强、要自立。

我不违言,“爱”是女人一生生活的主题。女人需要“爱”,需要爱别人,需要被人爱。这是其母性、妻性、女儿性的本能所决定的。但奉劝所有的女性,在爱子女、爱丈夫、爱父母、爱家庭的同时,不能牺牲自我,要自私一点地去“爱”别人。人必须先保有自我,才能保有获得别人爱的资格,当你为了别人而把自己牺牲的面目全非、一文不值的时候,你就再无资格去爱别人。因为你爱的人已经把你抛弃了。

说到底,女人需要自尊、自爱、自强、自立,只有这样,才能有明确的生活目标、有属于自己的人生梦想,才能拥有自我的人生价值,才能拥有一生的平安和幸福。

Female Heart Attacks Symptoms

She said she didn't feel well and had a back ache and was going to lay down on the bed with the heating pad. A while later her husband went to check on her and she was not breathing. They were not able to revive her. This is something we women should definitely take seriously.

I was aware that female heart attacks are different, but this is the best description I've ever read .........Women and heart attacks (Myocardial infarction).

Did you know that women rarely have the samedramatic symptoms that men have when experiencing heart attack...you know, the sudden stabbing pain in the chest, the cold sweat, grabbing the chest & dropping to the floor that we see in the movies? Here is the story of one woman's experience with a heart attack.

I had a completely unexpected heart attack at about 10:30 pm with NO prior exertion, NO prior emotional trauma that one would suspect might have brought it on.

I was sitting all snugly &warm on a cold evening, with my purring cat in my lap, reading an interesting story my friend had sent me, and actually thinking, 'A-A-h, this is the life, all cozy and warm in my soft, cushy Lazy Boy with my feet propped up.'

A moment later, I felt that awful sensation of indigestion, when you've been in a hurry and grabbed a bite of sandwich and washed it down with a dash of water, and that hurried bite seems to feel like you've swallowed a golf ball going down the esophagus in slow motion and it is most uncomfortable. You realize you shouldn't have gulped it down so fast and needed to chew it more thoroughly and this time drink a glass of water to hasten its progress down to the stomach.

This was my initial sensation--- the only trouble was that I hadn't taken a bite of anything since about 5:00 p.m.

After that had seemed to subside, the next sensation was like little squeezing motions that seemed to be racing up my SPINE (hind-sight, it was probably my aorta spasmming), gaining speed as they continued racing up and under my sternum (breast bone, where one presses rhythmically when administering CPR). This fascinating process continued on into my throat and branched out into both jaws.

AHA!! NOW I stopped puzzling about what was happening--we all have read and/or heard about pain in the jaws being one of the signals of an MI happening, haven't we? I said aloud to myself and the cat, 'Dear God, I think I'm having a heart attack!' I lowered the foot rest, dumping the cat from my lap, started to take a step and fell on the floor instead.

I thought to myself 'If this is a heart attack, I shouldn't be walking into the next room where the phone is or anywhere else......but, on the other hand, if I don't, nobody will know that I need help, and if I wait any longer I may not be able to get up in moment'

I pulled myself up in the arms of the chair, walked slowly into the next room and dialed the Paramedics.. . I told the lady who answered that I thought I was having a heart attack due to the pressure building under the sternum and radiating into my jaws. I didn't feel hysterical or afraid, just stating the facts....

She said she was sending the Paramedics over immediately, asked if the front door was near to me, and if so, to unbolt the door and then lie down on the floor where they could see me when they came in.

I then lay down on the floor as instructed and lost consciousness, as I don't remember the medics coming in, their examination, lifting me onto a gurney or getting me into their ambulance, or hearing the call they made to St.

Jude ER on the way, but I did briefly awaken when we arrived and saw that the Cardiologist was already there in his surgical blues and cap, helping the medics pull my stretcher out of the ambulance.

He was bending over me asking questions (probably something lie 'Have you taken any medications? ') but I couldn't make my mind interpret what he was saying, or form an answer, and nodded off again, not waking up until the Cardiologist and partner had already threaded the teeny angiogram balloon up my femoral artery into the aorta and into m y heart where they installed 2 side by side stents to hold open my right coronary artery.

I know it sounds like all my thinking and actions at home must have taken at least 20-30 minutes before calling the Paramedics, but actually it took perhaps 4-5 minutes before the call, and both the fire station and St. Jude are only minutes away from my home, and my Cardiologist was already to go to the OR in his scrubs and get going on restarting my heart (which had stopped somewhere between my arrival and the procedure) and installing the stents.

Why have I written all of this to you with so much detail? Because I want all of you who are so important in my life to know what learned first hand:

1. Be aware that something very different is happening in your body not the usual men's symptoms, but inexplicable things happening (until my sternum and jaws got into the act ). It is said that many more women than men die of their first (and last) MI because they didn't know they were having one, and commonly mistake it as indigestion, take some Maalox or other anti-heartburn preparation, and go to bed, hoping they'll feel better in the morning when they wake up....which doesn't happen. My female friends, your symptoms might not be exactly like mine, so I advise you to call the Paramedics if ANYTHING is unpleasantly happening that you've not felt before. It is better to have a 'false alarm' visitation than to risk your life guessing what it might be!

2. Note that I said 'Call the Paramedics' (911)! Ladies, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE! Do NOT try to drive yourself to the ER--you're a hazard to others on the road, and so is your panicked husband who will be speeding and looking anxiously at what's happening with you instead of the road. Do NOT call your doctor--he doesn't know where you live and if it's at night you won't reach him anyway, and if it's daytime, his assistants (or answering service) will tell you to call the Paramedics. He doesn't carry the equipment in his car that you need to be saved! The Paramedics do, principally OXYGEN that you need ASAP. Your Dr. will be notified later.

3. Don't assume it couldn't be a heart attack because you have a normal cholesterol count. Research has discovered that a cholesterol elevated reading is rarely the cause of an MI (unless it's unbelievably high, and/or accompanied by high blood pressure.) MI's are usually caused by long-term stress and inflammation in the body, which dumps all sorts of deadly hormones into your system to sludge things up in there. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep.

Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive.

Knowing Cancer and How To Fight It

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.

3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc. are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soya milk cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try to drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees Celsius).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water- best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apotheosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, forgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.

The craft of making corsets is known as corsetry, as is the general wearing of them. A person who designs and makes corsets is a corsetier (for a man) or corsetière (for a woman), or simply a corsetmaker.

However corsets have also been worn to achieve a more tubular shape although this is less common.

For men, corsets are more customarily used to slim the figure. However, there was a period from around 1820 to 1835 when an hourglass figure was also desirable for men; this was sometimes achieved by wearing a corset.

Corsets are constructed of flexible materials such as satin, leather, pvc, denim, and velvet. They are stiffened with boning (also called ribs or stays) inserted into channels in the material. Steel and whalebone were favored in the Victorian period but plastic is now the most commonly used material. Steel is used for high-quality corsets. Other materials that have been used for boning include ivory, wood, and cane. (A girdle is usually made of elasticised fabric, not boning.)

A corset encloses the upper body, usually from under the arms to the hips. Some corsets however extend over the hips and may even reach the knees. A shorter kind of corset, which covers the waist area (from below the ribs to just above the hips), is called a 'waist cincher' or underbust corset. A corset may also include garters to hold up stockings.

Corsets are held together by lacing, usually at the back. Tightening or loosening the lacing changes the firmness of the corset. It is possible for a back-laced corset-wearer to do his or her own lacing, though it can be difficult. However, many corsets also have a buttoned or hooked front opening. Once the lacing is adjusted comfortably, it is possible to leave the lacing as adjusted and take the corset on and off using the front opening. This method is incompatible with tightlacing, which strives for the maximum reduction of the waist. Tightlacers are usually laced by spouses and partners.

In the past, a woman's corset was usually worn over a garment called a chemise or shift, a sleeveless low-necked gown made of washable material (usually cotton or linen). These absorbed perspiration and kept the corset clean. Now an undershirt or corset liner is usually worn.
