Good Visual Guide for Self Massage

I found this diagram to be rather useful as we work hard for the day, and it's always a luxury to get ourselves a good massage. I can now give my hubby a good massage at the comfort of our home without spending a dime! Research found that massage can improve the intimate bond between the couples :)
