On Saturday, 4th July 2009 at 6:45pm my sister boarded a taxi at the Wangsa Maju LRT to return home. At the end of the road, the taxi driver stopped to pick up another male passenger who seemed to be going off the same direction. Well, my sister didn't suspect anything funny as they looked genuine, and he was going her direction and she was in a hurry.
Little did she suspect that she was in for a huge trauma! But when she asked the taxi driver to turn into the junction where she lives, the driver pretended to miss it and the male passenger said that since they were already nearer to his place, why not send him off first and the driver politely asked my sister if that's ok and she thought she was doing a good deed!
As soon as they got to the end of the housing area next to the big walls of the Academy TV3, the male passenger, locked all the doors and leapt to the back and held a knife at her throat and forced her to bend her head down - she had to give up her jewelry, and the $200 cash she had. Not satisfied with only that much, they threatened for more so they drove off to Maybank Jln Setapak and took out everything she had that was around 7:30pm.
The driver returned the card after clearing the account! Then they drove off to the back area of Tasik Titiwangsa and dropped her off there. Left her with only $10 and ask her to take another taxi home! My sister had to walk a long way back to the main road to get help and she is really traumatised by all these.
Later at the police station we found out that she was victim #3 that same day! Let's remind everyone we know, as it could easily happen to us too or to anyone we care about.
The lesson to be learnt here:
1.. always check the plate # BEFORE you board a taxi.
2. always check the other things that a taxi should have - the driver's ID, the inside number etc, etc.
3. NEVER allow the driver to pick up another passenger - No matter what! If they do, get off and just pay the man.
4. avoid taking the taxi alone, if you can.
5. be extra careful if it is after office hours.
Note : Luckily the victim was not raped and/or killed as well, as in this case they were just after her jewelery and money.

Women's Right
I did not know about this and am sure lots of us will not know this and please pass on this info to whom you know ....
Just thought I'd share this with you.
There was this incident - a young girl was raped by a man posing as a plain clothes officer; he asked her to come to the police station when she and her male friend didn't have a driving license to show. He sent the boy off to get his license and asked the girl to accompany him to the police station. Took her instead to an isolated area where the horrendous crime was committed.
In fact, the law clearly states that between 6 pm and 6am , a woman has the right to REFUSE to go to the Police Station, even if an arrest warrant has been issued against her. It is a procedural issue that a woman can be arrested between 6pm and 6 am , ONLY if she is arrested by a woman officer and taken to an ALL WOMEN police station. And if she is arrested by a male officer, it has to be proven that a woman officer was on duty at the time of arrest.
It is good for us to know our rights. To what extent it comes of use remains to be seen in any situation. But as they say, knowledge is power.

Credit Card Cheats
Be sure to read Scene 3 - quite interesting.
SCENE 1.
This is a new one. People sure stay busy trying to cheat us, don't they?
A friend went to the local gym and placed his belongings in the locker. After the workout and a shower, he came out, saw the locker open, and thought to himself, 'Funny, I thought I locked the locker. Hmm.. ' He dressed and just flipped the wallet to make sure all was in order. Everything looked okay - all cards were in place. A few weeks later his credit card bill came - a whooping bill of $14,000! He called the credit card company and started yelling at them, saying that he did not make the transactions. Customer care personnel verified that there was no Mistake in the system and asked if his card had been stolen. 'No,' he said, but then took out his wallet, pulled out the credit card, and yep - you guessed it - a switch had been made. An expired similar credit card from the same bank was in the wallet. The thief broke into his locker at the gym and switched cards.
Verdict: The credit card issuer said since he did not report the card missing earlier, he would have to pay the amount owed to them. How much did he have to pay for items he did not buy? $9,000! Why were there no calls made to verify the amount swiped?
Small amounts rarely trigger a 'warning bell' with some credit card companies. It just so happens that all the small amounts added up to big one!

A man at a local restaurant paid for his meal with his credit card. The bill for the meal came, he signed it,and the waitress folded the receipt and passed the credit card along. Usually, he would just take it and place it in his wallet or pocket. Funny enough, though, he actually took a look at the card and, lo and behold, it was the expired card of another person. He called the waitress and she looked perplexed. She took it back, apologized, and hurried back to the counter under the watchful eye of the man. All the waitress did while walking to the counter was wave the wrong expired card to the counter cashier, and the counter cashier immediately looked down and took out the real card. No exchange of words --- nothing! She took it and came back to the man with an apology.
Verdict: Make sure the credit cards in your wallet are yours. Check the name on the card every time you sign for something and/or the card is taken away for even a short period of time. Many people just take back the credit card without even looking at it, 'assuming' that it has to be theirs. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, DEVELOP THE HABIT OF CHECKING YOUR CREDIT CARD EACH TIME IT IS RETURNED TO YOU AFTER A TRANSACTION!

Yesterday I went into a pizza restaurant to pick up an order that I had called in. I paid by using my Visa Check Card which, of course, is linked directly to my checking account. The young man behind the counter took my card, swiped it, then laid it on the counter as he waited for the approval, which is pretty standard procedure. While he waited, he picked up his cell phone and started dialing. I noticed the phone because it is the same model I have, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Then I heard a click that sounded like my phone sounds when I take a picture. He then gave me back my card but kept the phone in his hand as if he was still pressing buttons. Meanwhile, I'm thinking: I wonder what he is taking a picture of, oblivious to what was really going on. It then dawned on me: the only thing there was my credit card, so now I'm paying close attention to what he is doing. He set his phone on the counter, leaving it open. About five seconds later, I heard the chime that tells you that the picture has been saved. Now I'm standing there struggling with the fact that this boy just took a picture of my credit card. Yes, he played it off well, because had we not had the same kind of phone, I probably would never have known what happened. Needless to say, I immediately canceled that card as I was walking out of the pizza parlor. All I am saying is, be aware of your surroundings at all times. Whenever you are using your credit card take caution and don't be careless. Notice who is standing near you and what they are doing when you use your card. Be aware of phones, because many have a camera phone these days. When you are in a restaurant and the waiter/waitress brings your card and receipt for you to sign, make sure you scratch the number off. Some restaurants are using only the last four digits, but a lot of them are still putting the whole thing on there. I have already been a victim of credit card fraud and, believe me, it is not fun. The truth is that they can get you even when you are careful, but don't make it easy for them.

Beware: New Credit Card Scam!
If you have a Visa or Mastercard you might want to read the following.
Note, the callers do not ask for your card number; they already have it.
This information is worth reading. By understanding how the VISA & MasterCard Telephone Credit Card Scam works, you'll be better prepared to protect yourself.
What the scammers want is the 3-digit PIN number on the back of the card. Don't give it to them. Instead, tell them you'll call VISA or Master card directly for verification of their conversation.
My husband was called on Wednesday from 'VISA', and I was called on Thursday from 'MasterCard'.
The scam works like this: Person calling says, 'This is (name), and I'm calling from the Security and Fraud Department at VISA. My Badge Number is 12460, your card has been flagged for an unusual purchase pattern, and I'm calling to verify. This would be on your VISA card which was issued by (name of bank). Did you purchase an Anti-Telemarketing Device for $497.99 from a Marketing company based in Arizona?'
When you say 'No', the caller continues with, 'Then we will be issuing a credit to your account. This is a company we have been watching and the charges range from $297 to $497, just under the $500 purchase pattern that flags most cards. Before your next statement, the credit will be sent to (gives you your address), is that correct?'
You say 'yes'. The caller continues - 'I will be starting a Fraud investigation. If you have any questions, you should call the 1- 800 number listed on the back of your card (1-800-VISA) and ask for Security.
You will need to refer to this Control Number. The caller then gives you a 6 digit number. 'Do you need me to read it again?'
Here's the IMPORTANT part on how the scam works:
The caller then says, 'I need to verify you are in possession of your card '. He'll ask you to turn your card over and look for some numbers. There are 7 numbers; the first 4 are part of your card number, the next 3 are the Security Numbers that verify you are the possessor of the card. These are the numbers you sometimes use to make Internet purchases to prove you have the card. The caller will ask you to read the 3 numbers to him.
After you tell the caller the 3 numbers, he'll say, 'That is correct, I just needed to verify that the card has not been lost or stolen, and that you still have your card. Do you have any other questions?' After you say 'No', the caller then thanks you and states, 'Don't hesitate to call back if you do', and hangs up.
You actually say very little, and they never ask for or tell you the card number. But after we were called on Wednesday, we called back within 20 minutes to ask a question. We are glad we did! The REAL VISA Security Department told us it was a scam and in the last 15 minutes a new purchase of $497.99 was charged to our card.
Long story made short - we made a real fraud report and closed the VISA account. VISA is reissuing us a new number. What the scammers want is the 3-digit PIN number on the back of the card. Don't give it to them. Instead, tell them you'll call VISA or Master card directly for verification of their conversation.
The real VISA told us that they will never ask for anything on the card as they already know the information since they issued the card! If you give the scammers your 3 Digit PIN Number, you think you're receiving a credit. However, by the time you get your statement you'll see charges for purchases you didn't make, and by then it's almost too late and/or more difficult to actually file a fraud report.
What makes this more remarkable is that on Thursday, I got a call from a 'Jason Richardson of MasterCard' with a word-for-word repeat of the VISA scam. This time I didn't let him finish. I hung up! We filed a Police report, as instructed by VISA. The police said they are taking several of these reports daily!
This is a genuine scam operating in Australia and is likely to come here. So, don't give your Security Number at all cost...

Beware: Do Not Reply to SMS from 012-4928392
Below was the content taken out from a forwarded email, so every one of us be careful when receive any SMS from stranger. Simply ignore the SMS, don't ever bother to reply ya.

Today morning, while I still sleeping, I heard my hand phone SMS tone ringing. Then I open my eye and c, got a SMS from number 012-4928392 send me a SMS with content :'Long time no see already, how are you now?'.First when I saw this SMS I thought it maybe from my old friend... then i reply:'Fine how are u'
Then at 10:30 i receive a message from the same number and the content shocked me:'Anda telah memilih untuk mengaktifkan perkidmatan kami, cas sebanyak Rm10/mingguan akan dikenakan sebagai yuran perkidmatan. Untuk membatalkan perkhidmatan, sila SMS FINE OFF kepada number 333431 and sebanyak RM20 dikenakan untuk setiap sesi pembatalan.'
I quickly check my balance and c... my account had already being subtracted RM15
Just now I email Maxis to report the case and asked maxis to trace this number, and Maxis said will give me the report by tomorrow.

Be Careful How You List the Names in Your Mobile Phone
Be careful how you list names on your cell phone! Be Safe!This lady has changed her habit of how she lists her names on her mobile phone after her handbag was stolen.
Her handbag which contained her mobile phone, Credit card, purse...etc.... was stolen.
20 minutes later when she called her Hubby, from a pay phone telling him what had happened.
Hubby says 'I've just received your sms text asking about our Pin number. I replied a little while ago.'
They rushed down to the bank, the bank staff told them all the money was already withdrawn.
The pickpocket had actually used the stolen hand phone to text 'hubby' in the contact list and got hold of the pin number.
Within 20 minutes he had withdrawn all the money from the bank account.
The lesson: Do not disclose the relationship between you and the people in your contact list.
Avoid using names like Home, Honey, Hubby, sweetheart, Sayang...... Dad, Mum etc.......
And very importantly, when sensitive info is being asked thru texts, CONFIRM by calling back.
Also, when you're being texted by friends or family to meet them somewhere, be sure to call back to confirm that the message came from them.
If you don't reach them, be very careful about going places to meet 'family and friends' who text you.
Beware: ROBBERY claiming to send package for loved one
Gotten this from a forwarded email, pls beware, robbers are intelligent and resourceful nowadays for all the wrong reasons.

My mother's house in Gombak, Kuala Lumpur was robbed about 2 weeks ago. I want to warn everyone the way 4 men with long knives, _____ of course, got in at 2pm (yes afternoon)
2 men with boxes, stood at the gate and told my mum that my brother asked them to deliver some things. Now, my mother being a Ultra cautious lady herself was fooled because they used MY BROTHER"S NAME AND HIS ORGANIZATION. That is the reason why she opened the gate for them. They were well dressed and smart.
Then 2 more men walked in, dragged mum into the house and tied her up. Proceeded upstairs to tie the rest of them at home. They were in the house for about 25 mins.
PLEASE TELL EVERYBODY YOU KNOW AT HOME NOT TO OPEN THE DOOR FOR ANYONE THEY DO NOT KNOW, NO MATTER WHOSE NAME THEY USE.
I also would like to thank god and the 4 men (if they read this) for not hurting anyone even though they were threatening them. For that we are really blessed. They even gave my mum a glass of water.

Happened in Kuantan. Theives attend Indian weddings, take pictures of ladies in jewellery and find out where they live. Then they will rob that person and ask for all the jewellery by showing the picture.

Beware of Push Pockets in KL
I am sure you all have heard of 'pick pocket'. Now there is a new trend, 'push pocket'.
A few days ago a new type of crime has surfaced in town. It goes something like this:- Somebody slips a hand-phone into your pocket, sometimes it could be just a wallet with an identity card and a few Ringgit.
A few minutes later, the 'owner' comes up and confronts you, the 'thief '. He makes a big commotion that you stole his stuff.
You, caught unaware, are then pulled aside by the 'owner' for a settlement you are intimidated and threatened that if you do not pay up, the police will be brought in. If you pay up, this 'owner' lets you go. If not, the police are brought in.
Another strange thing is that, there always seems to be a 'witness' to the your 'theft'.
I am told this often happens to foreigners at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or even at LRT trains. Given that you're 'guilty until proven innocent' as far as the Malaysian police are concerned, I understand some poor people are in jail for these 'offences'.
At the KLIA, the 'owner' throws his hand-phone and wallet with the few Ringgit notes into the luggage trolley of a just arrived passenger. The drama unfolds a few minutes later. The real culprit has easily convinced our Malaysian police to arrest the real victim (if he has not paid up the 'settlement' demand). This is a very serious matter.
This is another form of extortionists operating in broad daylight. They are disgusting criminals who will do anything to rob and steal. The sickening part of the whole scenario is that unless you pay the 'quoted settlement' money, they will put you in real trouble by calling the police.
The real culprit gets back his hand-phone and wallet but the real victim (i.e. could be any one of us) is thrown into the police lock up and charged in court.
So do be very careful, otherwise you may end up as a 'thief' as you have no way to prove your innocence.

You, caught unaware, are then pulled aside by the 'owner' for a settlement you are intimidated and threatened that if you do not pay up, the police will be brought in. If you pay up, this 'owner' lets you go. If not, the police are brought in.
Another strange thing is that, there always seems to be a 'witness' to the your 'theft'.
I am told this often happens to foreigners at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or even at LRT trains. Given that you're 'guilty until proven innocent' as far as the Malaysian police are concerned, I understand some poor people are in jail for these 'offences'.
At the KLIA, the 'owner' throws his hand-phone and wallet with the few Ringgit notes into the luggage trolley of a just arrived passenger. The drama unfolds a few minutes later. The real culprit has easily convinced our Malaysian police to arrest the real victim (if he has not paid up the 'settlement' demand). This is a very serious matter.
This is another form of extortionists operating in broad daylight. They are disgusting criminals who will do anything to rob and steal. The sickening part of the whole scenario is that unless you pay the 'quoted settlement' money, they will put you in real trouble by calling the police.
The real culprit gets back his hand-phone and wallet but the real victim (i.e. could be any one of us) is thrown into the police lock up and charged in court.
So do be very careful, otherwise you may end up as a 'thief' as you have no way to prove your innocence.

Beware: Drivers Be Careful At Cheras Toll Area

I would like to share the bad experience that I have had last night.
I was returning from Kuala Lumpur and after getting out of Cheras 9th.mile toll booth , a car drive into my path and I nearly knock him. I give a 'high beam' to inform him he is driving dangerously( 1 time only ). He stop his car in the middle of the road and waited for me. He give me a gesture to stop my car at the roadside but I inform him that I have done nothing wrong. He again drive in front of my car and suddenly brake as wanting me to knock him. I just follow slowly and kept my distance. He drove to my side and try to knock my car and each time informing me to stop to the side. He then suddenly purposely hit my car in the front left side and call me to stop.
I was angry by his action at that time and ask him why he hit my car. He just insisted I stop to the side and I have to pay for the damaged to his car. ( Actually at this point , I was aware there is something wrong with this guy as he insisted me to stop. I have read in many email and sms informing never to stop in this type of situation ). I told this guy if he want me to pay then to follow me to the nearest police station so we can settle at the police station. At this time, we have reach to the 11th miles Cheras toll. After the toll, this guy went missing. I managed to write down the car number and I went to the Kajang Police station to make my report.
The inspector at the Police station informed me that my case is the second case involving the same car that day. They are also on the hunt for this driver. The earlier car involved is a Honda CRV. Luckily they also did not stop for this guy. The Inspector told me that this person is either want me to pay for the damaged which I did not do or he is trying to take away my car with another person which is hiding in his car.
Just want to let all my friend knows that never to stop your car if you come across this type of situation and I was lucky to have many information before this. I was also lucky to have not lost my cool or I dont know what will happen if I were to stop my car.

Beware: When You Are Traveling Alone
Gotten this from a forwarded email. I guess no harm to share it with everyone out there. Better be safe than sorry.

Ladies, u must read this for safety precautions when staying in a hotel. Please keep in mind when you are traveling alone and forward to female friends and colleagues who may travel alone. To the guys, share this with your sisters and all those women you know. I've always used the menu which hang outside your doorknob to order breakfast when on business trips.
I was recently staying at a well-known hotel and I ordered room service for the next day on the flyer-like thing that you stick outside your door.
On this order form, one writes her name, how many persons will be eating, your room number, time of delivery and etc. I hung it on the outside of my door for collection - it was a mistake! I had given someone all the ammunition that he would need.
That someone went to my door-tag got my name and room number. And then told the front desk that he was my husband (remember my tag showed 1 female name) and that he needed a new key. The clerk WITHOUT ASKING FOR ID OR CALLING MY ROOM GAVE HIM MY ROOM KEY!
At 2 a.m . I was awakened by my door opening (luckily I had put the security bar across) with a man's hand trying to figure out how to get the bar undone. I started yelling at him and told him that I was on the phone with the police. He shut the door and left. I called down to the lobby and spoke with the Front Desk - I wanted to alert Security about the incident.
The hotel staff person said and I quote, 'Oops, sorry about that' then hung up.
Well, let's just say that I was both terrified and angry the rest of the night. Next morning, I spoke with a Hotel Manager whose eyes almost popped out of his head when he learned that his clerk had given an unidentified stranger a key to my room. Am I glad that I am typing this to all of you with my 2 year old kid on my lap. I don't want to think of what might have happened if the safety chain/bar had not been secured.

Beware: Air Purifier in Malaysia Taxis

No matter the taxi driver is a Chinese, Malay or Indian, PLEASE BE AWARE!
If you notice that there is a sound of spray of perfume or air purifier inside the taxi, PLEASE GET DOWN from the TAXI IMMEDIATELY!!
It just happened to me just now. It was about 12.45 am. I got into a taxi driven by a malay man. I was in the taxi for a few minutes, I suddenly heard of a sound of spray and there was a smell like air purifier. I felt weird as to why the driver put two types of air purifiers in his taxi. The smell immediately reminded me about this forwarded email that I read. I started to be aware of my surroundings. But the puff of the purifier kept appearing every few minutes. I was very worried and scared.
Gradually, I sensed that my body started to feel weaker and weaker. The purifier kept puffing from the back seat, just right behind me. As I really felt my whole body is weaken, I asked the driver to let me get down at the side road. But he kept trying to talk to me and ask me why not dropping me off at my destination. I think he was trying to drag the time. To my horror, I felt both of my hands and legs got numbed and no energy, almost could not move.
When I talked to the driver, I could not even speak properly, not to say to shout for help, 'cos I was really too weak... Immediately, at a traffic light I opened the door, jumped out and ran to a passer-by for help.
I really thank God for saving me. If not, I really can't imagine what would have happened to me. I am traumatized by this incident.
This is TRUE case. Please do keep in mind! IT IS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY!
I feel the need to share with you guys, no matter you are men or women 'cos it is NOT a LIE , not a made-up story. It really happened. Do let your friends, family members and relatives know about this case. I believe you are just like me, don't wish anybody to be the victim of this case.

I received an email some months ago about a lady getting into a cab and felt uneasy and become faint when she smelt something like incense being burnt. She was smart enough to order the taxi to stop immediately and after throwing some money at the taxi man quickly get out of the taxi. She later got to know that if she had not stopped the taxi and gotten out, she would have fainted and raped by the taxi man (or a gang of rapists)!
After reading this, I thought maybe this was one of those emails that you would read and just forget about it, but I was wrong!
Few weeks ago, a visitor to our Chinese church who stayed in Puchong got into a taxi driven by an Indian man. When she sat into the taxi, there was a little burner and she could smell incense burning in the taxi. After awhile, she felt weak and unable to speak or shout. The Indian taxi man drove to a lonely road where there was hardly anyone and raped her. Before she was completely knocked out, she was told by the taxi guy that she was his number six victim. She was not only raped but also robbed!
When she was conscious again, she quickly went to see a doctor. The sad thing is, the doctor knew she was raped but did not advise her what to do. The doctor just let her make the decision to make or not to make a police report. Since she does not know the rapist name and also the taxi number and in great fear after this trauma, she told the doctor that she would not dare to report to the police. The doctor said since she dare not make the report, he would just have to destroy the medical report!
Because the rapist took her whole bag with her IC in it, he got her address and even has the guts to come straight to her house and try to be funny with her.
Please remember not to get into a taxi that smells funny and if possible don't get into a taxi alone, and if you have to do so, give a call or sms back to your friends or relatives and let them know the taxi registration number and if possible, the name of the taxi man.

Crime Attempt that Happened Last Night @ Damasara Heights
An incident happened last night relating to my colleague's brother. He just finished work at around 1 am and was on his way home. He stopped at a traffic light and notice there were about 5 motorcycles (mat rempit) in front of his car. Suddenly one of the guys came down and walk next to his car. Next thing you know, he took out a rod and smash his brother's car window (damaged as shown in picture below) intending to injure him and rob him of his belonging.
He was going for a second attempt when his brother managed to step on the accelerator and sped off. They did try to follow but gave up after a short attempt. He was lucky that the rod narrowly missed his head and avoided a serious or probably fatal injury.
This incident can happen to anyone...so please be careful especially when you are driving alone late at night.

Beware: A New Way Of Car Hijacking
I got this from a forwarded email, there is now this new way of hijacking. Beware everyone and keep this circulating to warn people around you.

You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside. You start the engine and shift into reverse gear.
When you look into the rear-view mirror to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper stuck in the middle of your car rear windscreen.
So, you shift into park gear, unlock your doors, and jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is obstructing your view.
When you reach the back of your car, that is when the car hijackers appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off. They practically mow you down as they speed off in your car.
And guess what, ladies? I bet your purse is still inside the car.
So now the car hijacker has your car, your home address, your money, and your keys.
Your home and your whole identity are now compromised!
BEWARE OF THIS NEW TACTIC THAT IS NOW BEING USED....
If you see a piece of paper stuck to your rear windscreen, just drive away. Remove the paper later.

Torchlight or Zapper ?
I received an email yesterday warning me to beware of high voltage torchlight. I was puzzled as what other deadly harm can a torchlight do besides to knock on the head. I was totally wrong, and you may be wrong too. It is not a ordinary torchlight, it is a high voltage weapon that is strong enough to kill a person by electrocution.

I just thought to let know what my doctor told me recently. I don't think she was lying and neither am I, so please pass this on to your friends. Her clinic is in SS2 (Petaling Jaya in Malaysia ) and you know how congested that place is.
One morning a few months ago in broad daylight, a girl was getting into her car when a few men approached her with what looked like a torchlight. Quite harmless looking. They pressed the "torchlight" into her back and immediately she went limp and very pale. So she wouldn't be able to fight back, they slashed her thigh with a parang and sped away in her car.
There were many people around and they quickly took her to the nearest clinic which was my doctor's clinic. There were two doctors at that time and they managed to stitch up her wound but the girl remained pulse-less and still pale as paper. No pulse, no BP (blood pressure). Just like dead.
My doctors were confused as to how one wound on the thigh made the girl almost like dead? They managed to revive her and save her life.
After some checking around, the doctors found out what actually happened was that the girl was made unconscious not by a torchlight but actually a high voltage weapon. I forgot how many watts she mentioned. 1000? Anyway, it was high enough to kill a person by electrocution.
It seems this weapon is from China . It's not rampant yet in Malaysia , but with this thing, a person can rob, rape, kill, kidnap, and practically do anything to you. My doctor said that if the girl weren't taken to the clinic immediately she would have died because there was no pulse on her.
So please just beware of your surroundings, if anybody is lurking around with a torchlight-thingy and approaches you, just scream or run away. Better to be embarrassed than ZAPPED and fried, right?
